Shipment processing timeAll orders are processed within 48 HOURS.

State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.

All the locations to receive the products time may delay.International estimated delivery time and cost will be charged based on deffirent countries.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping address to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are acceptable.

Customize the following: Bluefin Technology Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Bluefin Technology Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

All the products will be shipped from Manufacturer in China. The International Shipping Policy will be followed by the Policy of the Manufacturer.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase to us within 14 days for full refund.Your product must be unworn and still have tags attached for refund.To return your items, Follow these steps:

  • Repackage your products.
  • Email us with your intent to return your purchase at support@bluefinjewelry.com
  • We’ll email you back with a return label.
  • Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase
  • Drop off at your nearest  post office ( will notice you which will be used)

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process one the returned product is received by our warehouse.
